Our Story

To celebrate our 100th anniversary in the food industry, we are returning to our Dutch roots and proudly introducing Maas River Farms brand. We’ve learned a few things over the years, but the most important part is that you need to have mud on your boots to be good at organic farming.

Maas River Farms is committed to practicing proven eco-friendly growing methods for all of our USDA certified organic crops. We produce only non-genetically modified crops (NON-GMO), and we grow them in a way that respects nature and our environment without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Mother nature is tough, but she is also rewarding to those who have the patience and commitment to grow food the way it was intended.

As a grower and packer, we are able to leave our crop in our fields or on the vines until perfectly ripe…. and only then, rush to harvest and process immediately (flash freeze) to capture the wonderful farm-fresh flavor. As we’ve grown over the years we’ve been able to develop more efficient and innovative practices to grow better crops. The result is superior organic fruits and vegetables produced at lower costs – in turn lowering our price to you.
